Workhuman Certified Professional is for anyone interested in learning more about human-centric workplace practices. Whether you are a business leader, human resources professional, or individual contributor, everyone will find insights applicable to their organizations.

Each module brings you through an engaging experience full of content that was designed to cover each of the Workhuman Certified traits in a well-rounded and thought-provoking way. Modules follow the below structure:

• Explore more — Curated articles, white papers, reports, and more from like-minded industry experts that dive deeper into each topic

• Next steps (required) — Reflection questions to apply what you’ve learned

How to earn your certification

To become a Workhuman Professional, complete the required content for all the modules within 30 days. Not all content in each module is required. You are welcome to log back in at any time to explore the non-required supporting materials to round out your knowledge of each topic.

As soon as you complete the required content for all modules (Essentials and Next steps), you are officially a Workhuman Certified Professional!

You will receive an email from the Workhuman Hub (hub@workhuman.com) with your certification details. We encourage you to celebrate and share your accomplishment on your LinkedIn profile, which you can do directly from the email.

Note: We recommend completing the program within 30 days to ensure that what you learn from topic to topic remains top of mind as you gain a better understanding of how together all the Workhuman Certified traits help create a more human workplace.

• Cost: The program is free to anyone who registers on the Workhuman Hub.

• Time: The required content takes approximately six to eight hours to complete.
